- Making statistic analysis of searched formulae and obtain the statistic frequency data of related TCM species;
- According to the statistic frequency data, TCM experts select less than six TCM species in terms of TCM theories to compose formulae;
- Submitting the initial pharmacological researches by related scientific researches to ensure if formulae need to be adjusted.
- Obtaining from the TCM database the related data of determined TCM species, especially data of related compounds and their biological activity;
- According to these data, scientific researches determine extract parts of each TCM species to develop the drug combination of effective parts.
