Shanghai Innovative Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine applied for 23 National Invention Patents, and 11 National Invention Patents have been authorized (including four items have been transferred to enterprises); 1 application patent as inventor (not patent right holder); 1 application international patent; two computer software copyright certificate; 1 registered trademark; the patent for “Purification of TPS” was awarded the gold medal in the 2002 Hong Kong International Patented Technology Expo.
